After nearly four years at Curzon Ashton, we can confirm that our founder and community foundation manager, Andy Cheshire, will be leaving the Nash.
Since joining the club in 2017, he has been a pivotal part of the clubs success and growing ambition off the field, launching the community foundation, securing funding for roles, recruiting trustees and introducing new projects and initatives.
During his time at the club, the community foundation has been recognised for the incredible work they do within the community and won numerous awards, more notably, winning The National Game Community Award, awarded by the FSA, highlighting the variety of excellent community outreach work undertaken by non-league clubs.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Andy for all of his hard work and & wish him all the best for the future.
